We'll see how it works out. Each post (except your own) has a plus with a minus under it on the right side. Clicking the plus sign gives one reputation point. If someone gives you a great answer to a question, or a good review of your story, there is a "thanks" button next to the multiquote button. Only the author of the thread can give "thanks". I had it activated in the early weeks after I first started this site, but deactivated it. I won't go into why I did that, but a member asked me about it and I thought I would turn it back on for awhile to see if anyone finds it useful. Maybe set up times to do reviews for each others' writing. For the newer members that came on later, it's at the bottom of the home page. This may come in handy if you want to quote more than one post. For anyone unfamiliar with this feature; click the tab once for each post you want to quote then hit post reply and they will be in the reply box. It works when changing pages also.
