Plans to achieve your goal(s): I run for Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and collect money for their cause. Last year when I did it, I hurt my knee, so I could not finish. The Society got the money that I collected anyway, so it was all good. This year I am going to train again for Chicago marathon and do it for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society so that I can raise money for them.

Goal(s): I never expected to reach age 60 due to family genetics. At this time, I want to build a profitable publishing company and complete six manuscripts that I began many years ago. If I die after accomplishing that goal then I'll die content.

Plans to achieve your goal(s): I have already implemented the business plan to achieve my goals. The problem is my insurance company of the past 32 years is demanding more time than I want to put in, thereby slowing me in development of the publishing company.

Saulty, your personality description says what I thought about saying. I'm the same way. For me, my personality seems to shift to balance out what's already in the room/team or occasionally to match the person I'm with if they seem to need it.
