We're Moving!
As you guys know we've had nothing but issues since this site opened. Most recently there was an issue with forumotion websites not allowing members into their own accounts and this happened here to NaClmine. That was enough for me.
I go more into the why's and how much better the software is at the new forum.

Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. This site will remain open as an archive. I will check your post count here as members sign up there and amend it because certain features at the new site are dependent on post count.
If you have any questions or comments please let me or Lady Goodman (global moderator at the new site) know.
Thanks.
Gary.

Also, everything on the sign up page is mandatory. A few things to check for.
Visual Verification is case sensitive.
If you can't read the words very well try refreshing it. It's that red box on the top there with two arrows pointing in a circle.
There is a check box at the bottom of the page after the forum terms of service. Make sure this is checked after you read it.
When you're done with the sign-up process it redirects you to the main page. Scroll down a bit and make sure there isn't an error message. If there isn't, then everything went through and you'll need to check your email to activate your account.
I signed up a test user and still haven't received an email as of about 20 minutes later. I'm not sure of the time lag but I'm watching the new registers and I can activate your account via the admin cp.
As of now, there are no new registers other than the test user in my admin cp, so you must have missed something or typed the CAPTCHA wrong while you were signing up, chuckS.

Still haven't received the email. I changed the setting to automatic to bypass the activation by email process. For some reason some members are getting their emails immediately and others are taking a while.
You can sign in immediately after signing up now.

I tried to log into the new site-It doesn't recognise my user name. Do need to set up a new account or did I try too soon, or have you just decided you don't want to listen to my whining any more?

The system doesn't show you as awaiting activation, so there must have been an error when you signed up. Go ahead and try it again if you want to.
